No. 6 in the fleet of Compa��a de �mnibus del Este in Uruguay is a Ford B1618 with Caio Vitoria body. The company, based in Las Piedras in the Montevideo metropolitan area, runs 14 buses on a mix of urban and suburban routes, plus 6 tourist coaches. © Mario Pienovi 
Uruguay received one example of the Leyland Olympic EL44.5, identical to the large batch delivered to Cuba in the 1960s. It was the last bus bodied in England and worked as CUTCSA 546 from 1965 until 2000, when it was photographed at the terminal of route 103. It is now stored in CUTCSA works. © Mario Pienovi
